Low Level , Intermediate Level, High Level Intensity Home Care , and Supported Independent Living

If you have complex health issues and require our nursing and allied health team can provide specialised care for your daily needs. Supports provided include:

  • Medication management and liaising with the GP to offer support.
  • Diabetes management
  • Personal hygiene assistance
  • Ventilator management and care (mouth care, suctioning, cleaning of equipment, oxygen delivery, skin/stoma management and emergency management.
  • Respiratory support, airway, and tracheostomy management (safe tracheostomy tube care for participants with temporary, new, or established tracheostomies)
  • Continence and complex bowel care support/management
  • Ongoing nutrition and feeding support in collaboration with speech pathologist/ dietician
  • Enteral feeding (e.g., gravity feeding, intermittent enteral feeding, bolus enteral feeding and 24-hour enteral feeding), feeding device access and equipment management (NGT -nasogastric tube, PEG tube, and JJ Tube,) and reinsertion of feeding tubes following medical orders.
  • Parenteral diets (e.g., Intravenous glucose, TPN, vitamins and medications)
  • Subcutaneous and Intramuscular injections
  • Bladder management, urinary incontinence management and catheterisation (SPC, IDC, Uridomes, and self-catheterisation devices)
  • Ongoing dysreflexia support
  • Epilepsy care/management
  • Stoma and colostomy or urostomy care.
  • Complex wounds and simple wound management
  • Skin and pressure area care related to your disability.
