Home Nursing supports provided include:
- Pre and post operative management in collaboration with your GP or hospital
- Health care needs, including routine checks and administration of medication (heart failure medication management, mental health medication under medication/ treatment plan, complex medication management and other cares that require skilled registered nurses)
